Cheeseburger Pie

Cheeseburger pie

Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup bisquick
3 eggs

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion (rinse and drain)
Stir in salt and pepper
Grease a 10” pie pan
Spread beef and onion into pie pan
Sprinkle with cheese
Mix separately -
Eggs, milk and bisquick until smooth
Pour over the top of beef and cheese in pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 slices and serve.

Cook's Notes:
If using a 9” pie pan - reduce milk to 1 cup, bisquick to 1/2 cup and 2 eggs.
