The Town of Johnstown's concrete contractor will be in the Clearview subdivision and plans today, August 13, to saw cut all the ramps that are expected to be removed and replaced. On Monday, August 17, they plan to start the removals and pour backs. This should take approximately two (2) weeks.
They will let us know if anything changes.

Clearview 4 HOA guidelines
Trash cans are not to be visible from the street
Trailers, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial trucks, etc. are not to be parked on the property
No vehicles or trailers, motorhomes, etc. should not to be parked on rocks
Commercial vehicles are to be moved and not parked for storage
Dogs are to be kept on leash - receptacles are located through out the subdivision to pick up dog waste
Trash, debris, clutter is not to be visible from the street
